1st Step – Getting acquainted

The first meeting helps us get to know you better. We carefully listen to your wishes, needs, likes and dislikes. We discuss in detail your options for cabinetry, appliances and finishing materials. We also talk about your timeline and budget to make sure we can work within both, or if adjustments have to be made on either side.

We strive to understand your vision and goals.

We measure and take pictures of your space, noting any potential obstacles that will have to be overcome to successfully complete the job. We then schedule the next meeting.


2nd Step – Initial Presentation

At a face-to-face meeting, we present our ideas for your specific job with plan and elevation sketches. After you understand the concept, we present a written proposal that includes an overview of the project.

Along with that there is a budget based on the specs previously discussed and the retainer agreement. At this meeting we discuss the team that will work with us based on your preferences.


3rd Step – Design and Specifications

After the agreement is signed, we start to develop the final drawings. We redesign and review the plans to your satisfaction, observing any physical and legal limitations. We review and redraw, making the necessary adjustments up to four (4) times. We finalize all the selections for cabinetry, appliances, countertops, hardware, floors, lights and other special elements as needed.

We review style, material and colors with samples to make sure you understand what you are getting. If required, additional projects are prepared for the specific professionals and presented to you. At this point we advise you of the final project cost.

After review and approval, we prepare the final contract which includes all the drawings, the planned chronogram for the job and specs to be confirmed and signed.


4th Step – The actual remodeling

All necessary permits required by the city, homeowners association or any other entity are requested. The material and services are ordered based on the physical and payment terms chronogram.

Depending on your project contract, the crew will arrive to start the demolition and prepare the base work after the permits are ready and the cabinetry and other materials arrive or are on their way. This avoids interruptions and reduces the actual job time.

Payments are requested after each step is completed or material delivered, based on the contract signed.


5th Step – Closing up

A detailed punch list of the job is completed with you. At this point the balance is due.

All details are reviewed until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

You will receive all the warranties from the material and services provided, as well as the manuals with tips to take care of your new space.

At this point we will, with your permission, photograph the job and use it on our website and/or advertise campaigns and contests, if applicable. We will request your evaluation for our performance. It is important that you let us know how we did and what we can improve.
